Job Description:
Responsibilities/ Duties • Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships with key decision makers in United States based companies for qualified leads. • Collaborate with marketing to qualify prospects as per the established process and sales plan. • Set up meetings with potential clients in the United States and India to understand and evaluate the specific needs of each prospect and how to present the platform accordingly. • Conduct customer presentations, demos, quotes, proposals, and RFPs. • Document sales activities within our Zoho CRM software. • Collaborate with the leadership, marketing, and product teams to improve demos and presentations. • Represent Quloi at conferences and trade shows. • Discover customer requirements and communicate those requirements to Customer Success, Engineering and Product teams. • Continuously providing feedback from prospects to the marketing, Customer Success, engineering and product teams • Exceed revenue and productivity metrics as per company goals. Criteria for the Role! • 5+ years of B2B SAAS sales experience, selling directly to USA-based companies, with a clear and demonstrable track record of exceeding quota for 3 of the last 4 years. • 2-3 years of sales within the logistics or supply chain industry. • You must be an experienced hunter who has a demonstrated track record of penetrating new accounts and driving SaaS revenue working directly with decision-makers and key stakeholders. • Excellent English language skills both spoken and written. • Ambitious, confident, enthusiastic. • Ability to quickly understand customer success stories and communicate them as proof points to new prospects and targets. • Experience preparing sales and renewal contracts. • Hands-on experience with CRM, Hubspot, software is a plus • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques • Fast learner and passion for sales • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Competency • Customer centric with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Prospecting • Active Listening • Critical Thinking • Persuasion • Negotiation skills • Solution-oriented • Time Management • Strong English language (verbal and written) • Willingness to learn • Preparation and Attention to Detail About Quloi Quloi [kloh-ee] is a technology start-up that focuses on quantified logistics solutions to revolutionize the $2 trillion logistics industry.
